Making Bobbin Lace

Here is Virginia making her Lace tree in red, and it is like mine. Very fine work.

This is the last day of our class until February...the lacers are so busy making gifts for Christmas it seems. But February really begins our year, the first weekend is always our LACE SHOW in the Village of Lafayette, about 30 minutes from here. And, our "LOST ART LACERS GROUP" is very famous in N.J....We try to promote Lace Making on that day, and have "Vendors" come in from all over the world...especially from England, and Canada...where they teach us classes on the following Sunday, and it is so very, very special.
