Those little round orbs....aaaah, yes! TOMATOES

Spaghetti sauce, Ziti parm, LaSagna, Stuffed Tomatoes, chili, Bruchetta,Homemade Pizza and how about Tomato Juice, Stew, and on and on and on!!!!!!! Now, that is the stuff made of tomatoes!!!!! And, all of that canning to say the least!

Aaaaaah, yes! The beginnings of the Tomato canning!!!! They are sorted, deep reds, yellows, and a red-orange, soon to be deeeeeeep red!! As only New Jersey can make them.

There was nary a tomato bug in that garden! And me with all of those dreadful Japanese Beetles!!!!

Couldn't you just eat BLT's for a month straight? Well, do it, I say. What could it do? Eat up your stomach lining with all that tomato acid? Hmmmmmmmmm.......... Tomatoes!!!!
